Claim Procedures
All orders are agreed acceptable unless reported unacceptable within 48 hours to DeLeon's Bromeliads. Please inspect your shipment to verify quantities, varieties, quality, bloom stage, etc. Please unpack your shipment immediately. If plants arrive damaged notify your transportation carrier immediately and file a claim. Any damage or shortage should be listed on the Bill of Lading. It is very important to make this listing because a signed Bill of Lading without a damaged listing is accepting the shipment as satisfactory. We are not responsible for any damages incurred in transit from the carrier's neglect.
Cancelations
DeLeon's Bromeliads reserves the right to refuse cancellations within 14 days prior to the ship date on pre-booked orders. This gives DeLeon's possible ample time to sell these plants to another customer. We do honor cancellations covered by "Act of God" clause.
Packing and Shipping
All plants are shipped in plastic pots sleeved and placed in waxed cartons. Care tag labels are available upon request. U.P.C. coding is also available upon request. Speed covers, various pot covers and other floral products are available at additional costs to enhance our bromeliads to help improve your store sales. Flowering plants are usually offered from plants in low bud to almost full bloom. Please specify the bloom stage when ordering (see bloom stages photo). Since quantities are limited, we recommend pre-booking large orders 60 to 90 days or more in advance to assure proper availability and bloom stage required. Refrigerated trucking lines are recommended as the most convenient and economical means of transportation. Alternative means of shipping include common carrier (whenever outside temperatures makes this possible) and by air freight.
Minimum order is one hundred dollars ($100.00). We pack one pot size per case. We do not mix pot sizes. Boxing charge is $2.00 per case for 1/2 case cartons and $3.00 per case for full case cartons. We prefer to ship in ½ case cartons.

Nursery Pick-ups & Business Hours
We are open for business Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. E.S.T. Customers are welcomed to pick up orders at our nursery. We encourage customers to call in orders twenty-four (24) hours in advance to better serve them. Minimum order is $ 100.00.
Prices
All prices are F.O.B. Goulds, Florida and are subject to change without notice. New price lists are usually updated every six months. Prices in effect at time of shipment will be honored. For current prices, take notice of our separate price list or please call us.
