Payments are accepted in the form of cash, check or wire transfer. Credit is also available. We will be pleased to open credit accounts with established companies. Please realize that credit approval can only be completed as rapidly as your references respond to our request. Any discounts arranged will only be honored if paid with DeLeon's Bromeliads terms*.
Past due accounts will be assessed a service charge of 1 1/2% per month (18% per annum). Minimum past due charge is $1.50 per month. Checks returned will be subject to a $20.00 service charge or maximum charge allowed by law, whichever is greater. If an account necessitates collections, the purchaser agrees to pay all collection costs, attorney's fees and court costs. Plants sold are warranted only to the amount of the purchase price. Since some varieties of bromeliads have numerous names, plants sold will be true to name as illustrated or categorized through DeLeon's Bromeliads distributed literature as a reference. DeLeon's Bromeliads uses the highest level of horticultural growing techniques. We can only warrant the quality of the plants shipped but not the merchantability or specific application to its destination. No warranty is expressed as to the delivery of your plant material. DeLeon's Bromeliads does not warrant any cancellations or delays caused by strikes, governmental regulations, laws and order, mechanical breakdowns, theft or any cause reasonably beyond our control ("Act of God" clause). All orders are accepted subject to the availability of stock on hand at the time of delivery. Customers with pre-booked orders who try to change shipping dates which may affect the stage of blooming, may jeopardize their orders. Quantities are subject to av'ailabilities and may not be available if the order date or quantity is altered. Please understand that once they're treated, we can not control the blooming timetable of the bromeliads.
*CREDIT ACCOUNTS ARE NET 30 DAYS.
